Mobile Application Usage Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Hayat mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hayat ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the App and related services.

2. Description of Service

Hayat is a healthcare technology platform that provides:

  • Healthcare marketplace connecting beneficiaries with providers
  • Automated healthcare ecosystem services
  • Digital health management tools
  • Provider network access and coordination
  • Health information and resources

3. User Eligibility

To use our App, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. User Account and Registration

4.1 Account Creation

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

4.2 Account Security

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Healthcare Disclaimer

Important: The Hayat App is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of qualified healthcare providers with any questions regarding medical conditions.

The App facilitates connections between users and healthcare providers but does not provide medical services directly.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by Hayat and protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hayat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the App services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain App availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time.

11. Updates and Modifications

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We will notify users of significant changes through the App or other communication methods.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App for violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
